We’ve put together some FAQs to help answer any questions you may have about the Fair.

I can’t make my original ticket day/time. Can I transfer my ticket to another time slot?

Yes, you can manually transfer to a different ticket option by logging into your Universe account. If you wish to edit the date/time of your visit, go to the “My Tickets” tab on your Universe Account and find your tickets for The Other Art Fair. Click “More” and select “Change Date” from the dropdown menu.

Want to give away your ticket to a friend or family? You can manually transfer your tickets by logging into your Universe account and navigating to ‘My Tickets’ from the menu in the top right-hand corner. Find your tickets for The Other Art Fair and click “More”. Then, select the “Transfer Ticket” option and follow the instructions on the pop-up. Here is a helpful page for more information.

Will there be tickets available to buy at the door?

We suggest that you book your tickets in advance online. Please check out our Ticketing Page for more information.

Booking in advance will also save you money on our door sale prices, plus you can book in advance with confidence with our Ticket Guarantee, safe in the knowledge that your ticket is fully refundable (up to 7 days) should you change your mind.

How should I present my ticket on arrival?

All tickets will have a QR code issued which can displayed on your mobile device for scanning at our Welcome Desk. If possible, we request you do not bring print-at-home tickets in order to reduce touch points where possible. More information will be available on our website as the Fair approaches.

Will there be lines to get in?

Our team will be working hard to get you into the venue and enjoying yourself as quickly as possible. You can save time by ensuring you have your up-to-date event tickets ready to present for scanning upon entry.

Will there be on-site parking?

The venue does not have a dedicated parking lot, but there is plenty of free street parking available along Ravenswood Ave.

Will coat check/personal storage be available?

Unfortunately, we do not have coat check or storage for personal items such as backpacks or strollers. Please plan accordingly.

What accessibility accommodations will be available for attendees with disabilities at the fair?

The venue is fully accessible with wide Entrance Doors, Elevators to every level, and ADA Bathrooms. The Other Art Fair will provide every accommodation to ensure a comfortable, enjoyable experience for all. Service dogs are permitted entry to the Fair. Is there an age limit to attend the Fair?

There is no age limit to attend The Other Art Fair. Children (Under 12) get free admission. Each child attending must book a Child Ticket. A maximum of 2 Child Tickets per order.
